The testamount to the health of a business is how it deals with things when they don’t go as planned . I had some teething issues with my payment ( my end) and then the delivery came flat packed which I wasn’t prepared for . Both things handled promptly and helpfully by the owner and I’m very impressed . Not surprised that they have overwhelmingly good feedback as they are honest, decent and proactive .
