Buyer contacted me late yesterday saying they had not received the item (first I knew about it), I was at work so didn't see the message until early this morning, by that time they had opened a claim (gave me no time at all to resolve it), I responded immediately this morning and messaged the buyer & issued a refund, but still they felt the need to leave bad feedback which was totally unecessary, a very unreasonable buyer with 'private' feedback which always makes me suspicious.
