The item was poorly packaged and arrived damaged. We arranged for a quote to repair, and the damage exceeded the value of the item. I felt the seller blamed us for the situation: it was an expensive inconvenience for them. We have the item but need to pay extra to have it repaired. I've never complained about a seller before but It's been a very unsatisfactory experience. The seller should have packaged the item in a rigid casing and suggested resolutions as opposed to waiting for us to resolve.

The buyer doesn't mention they received a full no quibble refund, including all carriage costs to Australia etc. Furthermore they have also kept the item. Every effort was made to package the item safely for it's transit from the UK to Australia (please see all our other feedback regarding packaging care). The damage was caused by careless courier handling, wholly out of ours and the buyers control. This feedback is wholly unreasonable and irrational.
