Had an issue on delivery - small mix up. Seller was straight onto it and sent out the Unit again and I received it next day. Good communications good service.

The shipping was fast, and I received the unit in good condition. The seller also provided additional installation instructions when asked. The frame ended up being too big for my car (Mazda 5 2009), but the seller offered a 50% refund and let me keep the entire unit. Although the product wasn't a fit, I am very grateful to allesradio for all of their help. They had same-day responses, were always kind and friendly during our communications, and were transparent about their business process.
