I received the Sony VCR beta max and appreciate how well it was packed and shipped one note that in the description when I purchased it, it said that it was working. But when I hooked it up to power the unit did not work it would take the tape, but would not load,after several tries it did work and it plays so I probably just need service in future you could state that possibly but needs service. it would be have been very helpful if the word “works” was not on the description
