Quick delivery, only problem was the delivery company Yodel, as I was going out that morning around 9.30am, I checked the supplied 'Tracking' link and it said it was 'At the depot' not 'Out for delivery' I received no notifications from Yodel, but found the package dumped on my front door mat when I returned at 4:30pm.Then received an e-mail saying it had been delivered! Item as described and in very good condition. Unable so far to actually use it yet, but electrics appear to function okay.

    pleasing to look at, safe hand on top and tidy coiling

    It's got a qwerky old fashioned appearance which I Like and a useful temperature dial if you require a specific temperature of water. The cable coiling under the base, to effect a shorter cable length, is excellent at keeping things safe and tidy, it doesn't hold as much water as my old kettle which I feel goes some way as to why it boils quicker.
