    Shocking Customer Service! My Gullet Gauge Never Turned Up. I Bought It On 30th April & I Let Ebay Know On The 22nd May. I Was Told By The Seller That If I Closed The Case They Would Send Me A Replacement Gullet Gauge At Once. They Knew That I Needed It To Know What Size I Would Need For A Youngster Urgently. Apparently They Couldn't Send Me A Replacement Or Even The Tracking Number Until I Had Closed The Case! I Settled For A Refund! I'd Been Messed About Too Much To Have Any More Faith In Them

    Really unfair feedback we kept the customer in the loop, we never said we wouldn't send the tracking number or a replacement. We had a replacement on hand to send out, Royal Mail said to allow more time for it to be delivered, the buyer said they opened a case because they were tired of Ebay sending messages about how the item was and to leave feedback. We refunded the customer on the 22nd not Ebay. It isnt our fault if RM loose a parcel we will always try to help and either replace or refund
