Greens quick gel is an excellent product. It's very easy to use and sets well. It's really nice tasting as well. I highly recommend this gel for a great dessert every time.

The finishing touch!
Quick Gel is easy to use, it comes individually wrapped and once you've followed the instructions, it works a treat on fruit tarts and flans. You do however need to be careful that you don't leave the gel to cool too much otherwise it will set before you put it on the fruit and will be lumpy.
