Item in perfect condition as described and very well packed but very nearly ruined a very special birthday by sending 2nd class snail mail which arrived 2 days late instead of the RM NEXT DAY SPECIAL DELIVERY selected from seller's drop down menu. He blames this on an Ebay error because I was not charged for the SD service but did not warn me of his decision to send by the cheapest slowest means instead of the fastest actually wanted or giving me the chance to pay the extra required

Sadly we did what we could. he didn't pay for the expedited shipping or any shipping at all.. and when we paid for the label it just gave us rm 48 tracked.. so we didn't even see it. he only paid 1.97 for the cd and for some reason it was free postage so we honoured the deal losing money on this order.. a bit spiteful leaving a neutral when we really should have cancelled the order. oh well, we have brilliant feedback from all our other customers which is more value than this buyers feedback
