About this product

Product Information

Pilot multiple attack choppers armed with the latest in military technology in Apache: Air Assault from Activision. Your goal is to fly to various international hotspots to neutralize a series of terrorist threats. Over the course of 16 multi-stage missions, you'll engage enemies in the air and on the ground along the African coast, across Middle Eastern mountains, and through Central American jungles. The terrain has been re-created from high resolution map photos taken by satellite. Two play settings include an "arcade" option for fast-paced action and a "realistic" option for more simulation-style elements. The game's campaign mode can be played alone or cooperatively with a friend on the same television screen, while online options allow for competitive action in a choice of formats, from Team Deathmatch and Ground Attack to Capture the LZ and Ground Strike.

    Nice Control!

    I purchased this flight stick for my Apache Air Assault (PS3 Slim). Very nice setup. Comes pre-programmed to use with many flight games and is also fully customizable. The important thing is to read the manual before using for the first time. I made the mistake of not reading it and found that the flight stick would not work properly because I did not follow the start up procedure (as instructed by the manual). After reading the manual and following the directions, the flight stick and all it's functions worked perfectly. Buttons are laid out nicely and (although completely plastic) has a fairly sturdy build. Lots of fun!

    i can talk for hours about the game to say you feel like you the pilot the action the very tans moments i play for i about 22 years this is one of the best games i wish they make some more games like this one i most forget my sexy wife if you don't believe me try the game don't lichen to the pour revues this fags this is man game drink have wild sex and play the game for appetizer.

    Apache

    I love flying this chopper! It isn't easy but wouldn't be fun if it was. There is a rookie mode for wusses and little girls. It might be easier , I haven't tried it. There is a trainer part which was helpful. It didn't cover the instruments and how to cycle through stuff. I'm trying to learn as I go. Over-all, love it, tons of fun.

    Not the belle of the ball by any means, but the only helicopter sim for PS3

    Average graphics and twitchy controls. Realistic mode is completely unplayable, similar to manufactures other flight sim birds of steel, but beggars can't be choosers when it comes to PS3 flight games. A playable game, but a little clunky and underwhelming. Flight stick a must, standard PS3 controllers are useless for flight sims.
