Item is exactly as described, in fact, it's better than I thought it would be for the price. Had an issue with delivery being late however the seller was extremely helpful, this was of no fault of theirs and down to Royal Mail/eBay postage fee's being incorrect. The seller was more than helpful with this. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Really glad to own my first Kindle from them! Parcel came on time and in pristine condition with just a small scratch on the back but doesn't affect performance at all so doesn't matter. Though i ordered the one without ads, i received a kindle that came with ads but seller was really kind in refunding £10 to have the ads removed, really appreciate it!🙏🏻 highly highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable alternative to buying a brand new on Amazon.

The item is as described, and was posted to me very quickly. The Royal Mail took over a week to deliver the parcel. I contacted the seller and they said it was not the first time the Royal Mail performance has been well below what could be reasonably expected.
