Great service from AO, delivery was quick. I spoke to the team by phone and they were really helpful too. Delivery was good, packed well too, £20 postage does seem a bit expensive but I saved lots on the machine so I'm happy, washing machine really is fantastic and came with 1 years warranty.

Pained to leave this feedback, as the service was pretty good. Delivered as described, in specified timeframe and delivered with care. Shame that it arrived unfit for purpose though. Plumbed in and test rinse carried out, opened door and big plumbe of smoke and burning smell. Drum rubbing on seal. Was a customer return but clearly their 'repurpose team' leave a lot left to be desired. Spoke to AO who don't do repairs, assured me it was checked over. Yeah alright, sorry.......but that don't wash!
