Shipped fast and well packaged. There was a grammatical error in the discription of the item, contacted seller and the were more than willing to make it right. This wasn't really nessary as item was sold at a fair price. I do recommend this seller, and would buy from them again.

Item was exactly as described, the seller also contacted to make sure I was getting the item I wanted (since there's two versions, Digital and Disc versions) and as a whole, communicated very well, and shipped very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to see it not only arrive early, but the seller packaged it VERY well to avoid any shipping damage. Extremely positive, would buy from again in the future. A+++

Six days after my purchase, the item had still not shipped. I contacted the seller and they admitted the item was lost. He then tried to pawn off a lesser product but I demaned a refund. Two days later I got a partial refund. I am still owed for a protection plan @ $37.99. No one is of any help. The seller has done NOTHING to try and resolve this situation.
