This is not the sellers fault!! but the delivery person left my parcel on the front door off the block of flats without ringing my flat number and then left!! It was very lucky that another resident was coming in and brought in for me. We were seating very near the front door and we would have heard the bell. The flats are on a main road and therefore the front door is visible to all and the parcel could have easily been taken!!! Please have a word with the delivery company.! The rest was fine.
