Description was incorrect. Clearly stated phone was unlocked and it's tied to Boost Mobil.
Contacted seller, who offered a $5 discount, but the phone is useless to me. Then said I should contact ebay customer service to request a refund.
Seller stopped replying to messages.
From what I can tell refunds can only be instigated by the seller. Ebay customer service is AI that repeatedly and not worth the time to navigate.
