Great machine
When l finally had to replace my 15 year old Hotpoint, l hadn't realised how much washing machines have improved. This Samsung is incredible, quiet, economical, and washes really clean. We love it.

Machine was delivered 4 days late with only 30 minutes notice. Large dent under door which I was expecting some damage but the control panel was cracked & had slipped down the front casing. Plastic drain cover lugs were broken off, so cover kept falling off and 2 of the 4 adjustable feet were missing. Had to wait 6 days for return collection. Brought the same model new from Samsung in the end. Another lesson learned! Machine was delivered 4 days late with only 30 minutes notice. I simply cannot believe how clean my clothes have come out and that was only on a 40 wash, my old machine when I bought it was the top of the range in its make, (Expensive) but the washing never looked that fresh even on a 90 hot wash, but my Samsun is 200% up on any machine I have owned, worth every penny.
