The item is good but the package and item was damaged. There was no protective packing in the box and the carrier Hermes must have given the box a heavy knock to bend the wall of the frying pan. What was worse is that I found the package sitting on top of a dustbin which was on the path with the house delivery point clearly visible. The box was soaking wet because it had rained heavily after it had been dumped there. Very disappointed in Hermes.

Butter dish arrived dirty and tarnished from manufacture, not polished, with sharp burred edges on both lid and base, impossible to use without risk of cutting yourself, impossible to wash hygienically for food use because of sharp burred edges. Messaged seller with photos, no response after 5 days. DO NOT BOTHER, WASTE OF MONEY, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
