product was in great condition and worked without any issues, delivery was slow but was as advertised so no fault, packaging considering fragile product just a envelope and plastic bag was a bit concerning maybe some carboard as well would be recommended

Perfect item in perfect condition, yet complaining? it's a flex cable... that is anything BUT fragile. plastic bag is the only protection it needss -against water damage through the envelope -, that's it. 0 incidents in 6 years. Faster postage available if you are willing to pay for it, so let me recommend that for you.
