Non uk keyboard ! No mention that was USA !! Even one of pictures stated English !! Seller would not have it and kept saying he did not say it was uk !!! Disgusting ! Took many messages and finally raised resolution centre issue. Even then kept saying it’s ok (ok for key caps not to match characters inc £ and @). I agreed to buy a uk keyboard and have it fitted. Refused to pay until I filed issue ! Then agreed to .pay 1/2 towards uk keyboard BUT again was an issue to get £10!! Caution !!!

Dear Buyer,The photos was clear its non UK keyboard, nothing in the desription mentioned its UK keboard, i never cheate any one, I put samsung ssd nvme, provide original charger, picked the best unit as i realise you are a hard character, finally you bargain me for money which i paid although it was loose deal, you promised to close the case, now you put negative review after you get the money breaking your promis, is this ethical??, its fine this is life full of such kind of pplThanks any way

Was sold as ‘opened, never used’ but when received the laptop showed a battery charge count of 146 charge cycles.
Also screws missing from case.
Seller told me to send it back for a refund but this would have cost me around £10.
Don’t like leaving negative feedback but I’d never have paid full price if I’d known the truth.
