My listing was clear that the Graphics card was 'Faulty and Not Working' and it was being sold for spares only and no returns would be accepted. My listing even stated Faulty Not Working in the title! Buyer miffed that he could not get it to work and then demanded a refund which I correctly refused. In future, I suggest you read ebay listings fully BEFORE buying so you don't buy a non working item expecting it to work and then leaving entirely unwarranted negative feedback. Buyer now blocked.
