    TV was received in good order and securely packaged. Unfortunately, sent by DPD couriers, who on 3 occasions now have failed to deliver to my door! Email received from DPD advising TV to be delivered Monday 17/9/2025. A neighbour brought the TV to my 3rd floor door on 18/9/2025, as it had been dumped OUTSIDE the main entry door to the stair and no card was put through my letter box. Due to disability I am here all the time. Obviously the DPD courier had not even tried to deliver to my door.
