Bought earphones that were described as unused in box. When I got them they had been used as the earphones were covered in ear wax. Just disgusting & crazy that they sent them in that condition just so unhygienic. Buyer contacted me back & said they had be used for 24 hours to twst them. You never do that then say they are used when you knew you used them.🤢 Returned them & got refund hope the earphones got binned as they were just rank.

    OK, could be better

    Does the job, but I find the kettle doesn't fit the base very securely, iy's both rattly and noisy. not the easiest to fill and extremely difficult to read on the guage how much water is in the kettle. Wouldn't buy it again

    Bad design

    I have had to renew this same kettle. I wouldn’t have replaced it with the same model except for the fact that I’d originally bought the matching toaster. The toaster has been fine but, the plastic water gauge was leaking for ages. I believe It’s a problem many people have had. Of course, it was way out of guarantee so I had to have a new one.

    Needed a replacement kettle

    A friend of mine has a kettle like this. Thought I would get one as it fits in with my other kitchen appliances. It boils quickly albeit rather noisily. I managed to obtain mine at a discounted price as it was refurbished. I am very pleased with it.

    Great Value

    This was a replacement for one the same. It is noisy to boil. The original was leaking from the water guage but as I have the matching toaster I wanted the same. The price was excellent.
