Although I don’t think it was sellers fault the tuner arrived with broken glass.
I contacted seller and he informed me to contact the shipper. The shipper only gives refunds to the seller. I contacted seller and informed him I would need a waiver from him to get the money from shipper so as of now no refunds and did not receive what I needed in usable condition. I’m outprice I paid plus the shipping charges.

Numerous requests were made to this buyer for information ie photos, and anything else that would assist in filing a damage claim.
Items do occasionally get damaged but only the person receiving the item can file a claim. Again - happy to help but the damage must be documented properly.
