Wrong item delivered my item was then advertised for sale again. Offered refund but declined as postage would be £15 to return. Shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Sometimes mistakes happen and I offered to collect and send the right item but you declined the offer, I would have paid to collect it, you did not have to pay £15 so that is not fair. I apologised.
