Valentino is an Italian fashion house established in 1960 in Rome by Valentino Garavani. The founder gained fame and popularity for his red dresses, to the extent that the fashion world still refers to a particular shade of the color as "Valentino Red." Among the famous and wealthy people Valentino has dressed are Elizabeth Taylor, Audrey Hepburn, Princess Margaret and Jacqueline Kennedy. Due to the company’s success, Valentino started offering fragrances as well. The first perfume was launched in 1978 and was followed by a series of stylish and provocative scents and aromas.
