Pained to leave this feedback, as the service was pretty good. Delivered as described, in specified timeframe and delivered with care. Shame that it arrived unfit for purpose though. Plumbed in and test rinse carried out, opened door and big plumbe of smoke and burning smell. Drum rubbing on seal. Was a customer return but clearly their 'repurpose team' leave a lot left to be desired. Spoke to AO who don't do repairs, assured me it was checked over. Yeah alright, sorry.......but that don't wash!

    Great Coffee Maker, Use with caution

    I grew disillusioned with instant coffee so decided to try this machine on the recommendation of a friend. It makes much better coffee, enjoying all coffee types from strong black to frothy white. The ease of use is also a huge plus for me as I tend to lose interest in anything too complicated and items like that usually go in the garage. It has settings to store your ideal coffee, temperature,, strength, and volume. There is also an automatic cleaning function I believe, although I prefer to use the manual programme. The water tank has a good capacity and holds enough water and the milk frother does its job and seems powerful. Bad points. The spillage tray seems to fill up randomly? Boy is it noisy! Do not make your wife a cup of coffee on a Sunday morning unless she's already awake

    Great tasting coffee and no hassle

    Lovely machine to use once you've worked out the controls. Set up your favourites and then it just one button operation. Water is easy to fill and lasts a good while. Coffee beans is similar. You'll go through beans at quite a rate so buy decent sized bags. Waste coffee tray is nice and large so takes quite a few brews. Machine is surprisingly quiet as well - much quieter than my last machine. Overall really impressed.

    A great coffee machine at a good price.

    Been using this machine for a couple of weeks and its just great, easy to use water tank and the waste comes out in discs of coffee so no sludge to wash out. It's also cheaper to run than a pod machine and turns your coffee drinking into a hobby experiencing different types of coffee from around the world.
