Item well packed and arrived on time. Item was described as opened and unused. The mnfrs box was quite tatty for an unused item. The original batteries were not present and a hard disk had been fitted. There are some scratches on the back of the recvr. However, those are not major issues as far as as I am concerned. It works well apart from a few niggles with the setup; not sellers problem . For the offered price the recvr is good value. More relevant information as to condition would help.

A great tool for people who don't want to hold a phone to their ear.
I experimented with a couple of different types of headset but I found this one to be the best. I went deaf in one ear not long ago and it was the ear that I always used to hold the phone to. I just couldn't get used to holding the phone to my other ear as it seemed to make my arm ache and wasn't comfortable. I bought a couple of phones that had headset jacks and a couple of these HW251's and it is perfect now. It takes a few seconds longer to answer the phone as I have to put the headset on but it is so much better. I bought the HW251 with the voice tube rather than the noise cancelling mouth piece as I found it works better for me. I can imagine using it all day in the office would be fine but this is not why I purchased it. They are expensive to buy but not if you find one on eBay as I ...
