The radio was ok before - then for some reason will not power up ok again and I relisted back on eBay as not working( Listed as part or not working and I stated clearly that it will not power up - obviously the buyer is an international buyer of course it will cost a lot of money to return it back, I clarified it again to him, though he based his purchase on the previous pictures of it working, I refunded him based on his advise. Surprised he left neutral feedback

Work piece clamp was missing - buyer reluctant to settle partial refund through ebay. Got there in the end (We will not work outside ebay rules). Packaging was poor and blade needed replacing ( blunt blade not mentioned in description). No offer to help with blade replacement cost - £20+.Otherwise Saw is fit for my purpose.

I was more than happy to resolve the matter quickly and amicably with u - hence I made an offer to send you the partial refund via PayPal/ bank transfer but you refused, or if you had close the return as advised by eBay, the fund will have been available to arrange the partial refund, and I even called you on phone to resolve the matter, but you dropped off phone at me - for me I will never treat anyone with such a disdain, after we are all human
