This seller charged £14.50 for Express, Next Day courier delivery. When a tracking number was requested the seller stated that he "had to use Royal mail eventually and live with the extra cost". The parcel arrived nearly a week later, cheaply packaged, with a 2nd class Small Parcel label, at a cost of £3.49. When challenged the seller responded with a ludicrous list of alleged extra costs. In my opinion this seller behaved disgracefully. A buyer has the right to receive the service paid for.
