Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, Eurax Clearance will refund the price of the goods (excluding carriage) provided they are returned unused and in their original condition, together with the original packaging, within 7 days of the date of the dispatch, a letter must accompany the returned item. The cost of return carriage / postage is paid by the customer.
Whilst we endeavour to specify sizes for vehicle specific items such as roof bars, snow chains etc, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the vehicle model or size is correct for the application. If an incorrect model or size is purchased Eurax Ltd will exchange the item for the required size provided the item is returned unused, complete and in its original packaging and the customer pays for postage of the new item. Return postage cost is at the customer's expense.
Vehicle specific car parts can only be returned if there is a fault with the item or does not meet the application stated by Eurax Clearance. If an item has been supplied in error it can be returned for a replacement provided they have not been fitted or attempted to be fitted and returned in a resaleable condition including packaging.

    Very Good Camera linked to Pioneer SPH-DA120 .

    You will require a relay if you have a can bus system like in VAG vehicles. The rear brake light wire needs to be used as a trigger for the relay to operate a live feed from the fuse box. Reason being that the reverse light wire voltage is not sufficient to operate the camera directly when putting into reverse gear . Please google for relay wiring explanation . Hope this helps others thinking about installing a reverse camera .

    No auto camera

    Unlike most reversing cameras it dose not switch to camera when you engage reverse gear. You have to manual switch to camera mode.

    Easy to install and picture quality very good but having looked around there are just as good cameras out there and a lot better priced and a little bit smaller so easy to hide

    Little expensive for What it is

    The camera quality is good, no HD video but still good for how small it is. Instructions are confusing but a little bit of brain power will help you wire it quickly. Would I buy again? Not to sure. Cheaper cameras probably just as good if not better.

    Works ok and good quality

    Camera works fine although could be better quality. You can see everything fine though. Seems a bit expensive when compared to other non brand cameras but I wanted the quality and confidence in buying one that matched the stereo manufacturer.
