Kind , considerate and a pleasure to buy from seller .
They answered any questions along with photos .
They posted the bracelet ‘ signed for delivery ‘ so it wouldn’t get caught up in the extra Christmas post .
Really appreciate all they did .
Bracelet catch did need a gentle squeeze with pliers as connecting catch was slipping through gap and falling off but as I was able to sort this out easily enough , I had no reason to contact seller for refund .
