I'm sorry but the buyer is not efficient. When I ordered I gave specific delivery instructions but the item was not delivered properly. The box was damaged and had obviously been opened. I straight away started sending messages and they were slow in replying and sending conflicting messages. I asked them for a return code about 3 times already.
