    Worth it!

    This game is great! Simple, turn based board game that uses REAL bird species. That's my favorite part. The birds abilities are also correlated to real life: in nature, if the species lay a lot of eggs, they do so in this game as well. Also noted is that there is no "attack" in this game, so competitiveness is never mean spirited. The game is beautiful to look at and the rules don't take all night to learn.

    Wingspan flies with high quality

    This game is easily one of the finest game engines I have ever seen. I get it, its about birds. But this game is so high quality and generally beautiful you forget the theme to an extent and concentrate on the incredible amount of strategy in such a simple to play game. Easily in my top 3 games, might be number one.

    This game is phenomenal! The strategy involved can be pretty complex with the multiple goals in one playthrough. It’s a game that is beautiful to look at, entertaining to play, and really makes you think. I highly recommend it.

    Very fun game, enough complexity to make it interesting without needing a novel sized rule book. Pieces and tokens are beautiful and well constructed. Love the art. I also love all of the accurate ornithology touches.

    Awesome original game has it all.

    One of the most original games played in the past 50 years. We love it and can't wait to play again. I can't compare it to any other game because it is so unique, but the concept is easy to grasp and fun to play. We can see how this game would never get tiring. highly recommend.
