It bakes like a dream. I brush melted butter in the cups with a pastry brush and the cakes just fall out of the pan after baking. No struggle.     Strawberry shortcake

    The baskets make a special presentation for holidays. I found that one should let the baskets cool a little in the pan on a rack before tipping them out. The first I tipped out right away had pieces left in the mold. The family enjoyed them.
