On a whim we decided to change the fuse.. & the oven sprang into action. So cancelled return & customer service reduced the price to refurb appliance price. The oven will take some getting used to. Its very light, there is no temperature indicator ! & every action is accompanied by a beep. I asked hysapientia how to override it. You cant. So, its a we'll see how we get on

I didn't realise untilcit arrived however that this is an older model that does not have the rotisserie/ rotating chip basket option. That is fine though...my mistake from exhausting myself with researching different models untilvI stumpled on this option. It is a great deal of savings from the latest model. Fast shipping. A+++++
