They just get what is generated by eBay. When it marks it as "out for delivery/delivered" it means it has arrived at your local sorting center, not your home address. Please allow an extra 3 days for it to arrive at its final destination. USPS still has your item and it can take them a few weeks to get them out at time with Ebay standard envelope there is nothing I can do about that.
