    Unfortunately, one of the chicks in this diorama egg arrived with a broken leg. The seller was very understanding and immediately remedied the situation. She refunded the entire cost of the item plus shipping and said not to return it. How generous of her! I'm so impressed. She took a potentially negative situation and turned it into a positive.
