    I gave this seller five stars because they have been very good at rectifying a bad situation caused by Evri. Evri eventually delivered a package to me 5 days late. Although the label was addressed to me, the contents of the package was not the items posted to me by the sender! Somehow Evri had managed to swap the labels. The sender has taken this up with Evri as a complaint and promptly sent me another box of Feliway Refills at their own cost. This seller has vowed never to use Evri again!
