The seller sent a plant that was 10cm /4" shorter than the listing & tried to argue it was correct. He tried to charge me almost double the price of the plant. He argued despite being provided photographic evidence. He accused me of lying & extortion. He would not accept that the plant was not as described & iniate a return . He tried to bully me & eventually I had to get Ebay to step in . Thankfully they agreed with me & issued a full refund. After I the seller reported the buyer to eBay, the dispute was found to be no fault by the seller. As such, eBay refunded by the buyer and the seller, myself, kept the funds from the sale. The buyer misrepresented the item in more than one photo. Their original photo shown the item to be 40cm in length, whilst subsequent photos showed a different item of 30cm in length.
