I assumed from the pictures that it came in a box cover, however, it was unboxed when I received it. This isn’t an issue as the leather cover is in lovely condition and has been well looked after. Anyways, after sending firm, yet precise and polite emails, the situation was promptly resolved, hence the positive feedback; and, why I would buy again from the seller. 👍
