While the item did arrive as scheduled I was surprised at the minimal effort with regards to the packaging of the item. While the statue was wrapped with some bubble wrap, it was then rolled up in a piece of USPS cardboard priority box and then placed in a USPS priority cardboard box with nothing else to secure it from moving side to side within the box.

He sent the wrong watch and only refunded the cost of the watch. He says he is not obligated to refund international postage costs that cost me £10.82 ($14.41) for a cheap watch with no battery that I didn't order. For some reason he cannot find the watch I ordered. It sounds dubious to me. I learned a lesson, contact eBay first, not the seller.
