    You acknowledged the item was brand new in the box and acknowledged it was not damaged, but were upset the outer box got slightly bent in shipping. Most people throw away the box. I did not realize the outer box was so important to you, if you would have told me I could have put it inside another box. You did not ask for anything and I did apologize that it was bent. I am not sure this warrants a negative review.
