Im Mittelpunkt der Untersuchung stehen dabei die Mitteilungs- und Nachweispflichten bei Erkrankungen im In- und Ausland sowie die Frage nach dem Beweiswert einer Arbeitsunfahigkeitsbescheinigung. Hinsichtlich des Beweiswertes einer in einem Mitgliedsstaat der Europaischen Union ausgestellten Arbeitsunfahigkeitsbescheinigung wird insbesondere die hierzu ergangene Rechtsprechung des Europaischen Gerichtshofs einer kritischen UEberprufung unterzogen.

One small point of constructive feedback: perhaps cardboard packaging could have been implemented, as a number of competing book sellers are now implementing cardboard packaging, especially for higher price books subject to international delivery.
