They shipped the item promptly after I ordered it, but unfortunately usps decided to take a week and a half to get it to me. As a result, most of the Hornwort I bought was brown and dead. This was not the seller’s fault so I am leaving a positive review because I think they have a great store, and I was happy with them getting the package out so quick, and for their responses to my questions. USPS, you need to do better than this.

I reached out to the seller, who responded very quickly. The next morning they shipped my replacement plants, which arrived very quickly. I highly recommend this seller, and whish I could give more than 5 stars.

(my dumb mistake) The seller cancelled my order no problem and gave me the refund very quickly. Will do business with this seller again as they seem fair and reasonable in dealing with. The product appeared to be a good value for the money even though I cancelled it.
