Like any health product that "protects" you, it is difficult to ascertain whether it is working or not. You might have the same results if you DO NOT take it. However. I have done plenty of research for a natural immunity booster and elderberry seems to be the most effective. Among the elderberry products Sambucol appears to be the purest, highest rated syrup.
