They did managed to finally send the replacement bits but messages back were few and far between. Not worth your money, missed 3 days of work due to there poor delivery service constantly change delivery time/days, after waiting a week the boxes arrived smashed to literal bits, upon opening 4 large parts including 2 of the doors where damaged the main supporting in middle was smashed completely across so unusable, after reading feedback on seller decided it would be easier to make the replacement myself as takes ages and not worth risk of being damaged again, got £10 refund laughable
