    Should have spent more money on a better item - hot plate - use the microwave, switches off after a short time so, use the microwave. No leaks when dripping into the jug but a wet work surface every time you fill it up - condensation inside the lid which is difficult to open, have the squash the sides to release the lid. I don't recommend this item.

    Perfect for a great mug of coffee! If you love filter coffee, this is the Gismo!

    I would highly recommend the Geepas Instant Filter Coffee Maker Machine. It’s easy to use and clean. I would have preferred it if the jug was metal instead of glass as I’m afraid of breaking the jug when washing. I am thinking of purchasing a spare jug, just in case of an accident. After the initial cost (which is worth every penny) there is nothing else to purchase. It comes with a washable filter, so no need to buy replacement filters. Although it states 12 cups of coffee, I should point out that it is 12 cups and not 12 mugs. The flavour of coffee is superb. Much more depth of flavour than coffee brewed with a basic cafeteria. A great mug of coffee brewed in very little time. Perfect! Don’t know why I had not invested in one sooner. Great value for money

    Okay but could be better.

    It's perfectly adequate but somehow seems to me to be back to front. I'm right handed but the jug would be easier to remove for a left handed person. Other coffee makers I've had would be easy to use for either left or right handed people. The placement of the filter in relation to the water tank makes it easier to fill when the filter is removed and replaced after filling with water.

    Lightweight but works well

    It does feel a little bit light and flimsy compared to other coffee machines I have owned but it does what it's meant to do. Very good value at this price.
