Evri's usual high standard of handling packages caused the packing box to become heavily dented and torn on one side, also resulting in the flip-top cap on one of the bottles flipping to the open position and therefore a very small amount of the product leaking into the protective packaging the seller used.

I showed a photo of the feeder, a couple of days after the local squirrels had visited. The problem was as much my fault for not checking which parts were actually made of metal, as much as the seller for not making it 100% clear. I was offered a replacement which I accepted and was expecting one feeder, as it was only the one that had been damaged. However, TWO arrived today...much to my surprise and gratitude.
