      Arrived broken during shipping. i contacted the seller and they told me it was the post office's problem. while USPS most likely covers any damage they cause, it's up to the seller who shipped/purchased the label to make that claim. I had to reach out to ebay for assistance and shipped it back. i did receive a refund, but it had to be automated through ebay. Not great customer service on the seller's end, but i'm not out any money. This was indeed a neutral experience. Won't shop here again.
