I have used this primer for years because of it's conditioning effect on eyelashes. I've noticed that when I don't use it regularly, my eyelashes have a tendancy to become weak and fall out. I don't use it under mascara all the time, but I put it on after washing off my makeup and wear it without mascara when I'm home on days off.
